New Singapore site highlights expansion plans

World Courier plans to expand its GMP-compliant Clinical Trial Supply Chain Services (CTSCS) network to 13 strategic and emerging markets, including a new 135,000-sq.-ft. regional distribution facility in Singapore.

The company will also open a new facility in Tokyo to support its global clinical trials market. Major expansions are also underway in Buenos Aires, Moscow and Johannesburg. Other expansions are slated for Bengaluru, India, Lima, Perú, São Paulo Brazil and Santiago Chile, all in direct response to client demand.

Wayne Heyland, president and chief executive officer of World Courier’s group of companies, remarked, “With the opening of our Singapore distribution facility, we will be able to offer integrated cost-effective services regionally throughout Asia/Pacific.”
